Pellet Smoker - $50 (Louisville)

make / manufacturer: Bradley
We've grown out of this Bradley smoker, but it has served us well. This is a vertical style smoker that uses pellet discs for its fuel. See picture of the recommended discs. The motor advances the discs onto the heat source every 20 min-ish and keeps a nice steady smoke rolling inside the unit. Discs are loaded into a vertical hopper. There is no PID or digital temp control. There is a manual heat knob (like a gas BBQ would have) and a thermometer on the door. You just have to turn the knob to get the temperature desired. It operates great.

There are 4 wire mesh shelves that hold the meat. There is no built in temperature probe, but I use an external one that I picked up on Amazon. The picture of the inside shows the shelves, power cord, motor and hopper. It is easy to setup each time for a cook. Power cord, motor, and hopper all attach to the outside of the unit.

When not being used it has been kept in a garage. I put it outside for the pictures.

Asking $50 or best offer.
