This is almost brand new - I used it for a couple of months only!
Backstory: I struggled with this being too soft and not relieving my back pain. It does feel super cloud-like and wonderful, however, it wasn't right for me and my back so I exchanged it.
Perhaps you already know you love Tempur-pedics, and are looking for a new one but don't want to pay full price.
