Specifically designed for comfort and be easy to get in + out of .
In overall great condition with some minor cosmetic wear .
There is some wear to the wood stain in the high traffic areas - on the end / curved part of the armrests where you typically grab to stand up / sit down .
Since this is the model with black wood stain , it would simple to touch up the stain with an easy match if desired !
