Looking for the right rider to lease my wonderful 11-year-old Quarter Horse, located just 8 minutes from downtown Boulder.
He is suitable for beginner through advanced riders — safe, well-trained, and enjoyable whether you prefer arena work or quiet trail rides.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the benefits of having a horse without the full financial responsibility of ownership.
Lease Details:
-$450/month (partial board)
-Available 5–6 days per week
-Owner covers vet and farrier costs
-Use of my western saddle, bridle, and tack included
-Access to outdoor arena, round pen, and peaceful private trails
-Friendly, low-key barn community
