Fantastic trimmer/mower for high grass and weeds. It starts on the first pull 95% of the time. Just use non-ethanol auto gasoline. Trimming our 2-acre yard took less than 30 minutes. Just walk along the fence line and the “Trim-Safe” tree guard keeps the line from getting pulled into the wire fencing. It also made mowing the rest of the grass with the lawn tractor much easier because you could stay a foot away from the fencing. All-in-all, it is a great tool to have in your shed!
Excellent condition. Has probably less than 20 hours on it. It worked so well that in the three years I had it, only had to use it 4 times per year! Only used non-ethanol gasoline and changed the oil as needed.
First time I used one, I had borrowed a neighbor’s 25-year old DR Trimmer and could not believe how much faster and better it was then those annoying 2-stroke handheld weed whackers! (I went through three of those stupid things).
Like I said earlier, it starts on the first pull and you do not have to mix 2-stoke oil in the gasoline.
