Beef:
Focusing on nutrient density through forage diversity and an ethical slowed tempo finish as we bring them in from bigger pasture and onto the Home Farm.
Pork:
Heritage breeds from Kune-Mangalitsa-Meishan raised on heavy pasture and low grain diet. All grains are sourced organically from Fehringer Feed. Grains regularly soaked or fermented.
Lamb:
Diverse forage raised from start to finish. Dorper, Khatadin and White Australian cross sheep breeds
Eggs:
Free range, mobile on 9 acre pasture. Mix of heritage and hybrid breeds. All grains are sourced organically from Fehringer Feed. Grains regularly soaked or fermented.
Honey:
Produced from our non profit organization. www.scottsbees.org
We have a farm store in Longmont with some goods available 7 days a week, 7-7. And meats sales are on weekends are by appointments in earlier am and evening all week. Shares and by Cut available.
