A small sitting group in the Naqshbandi Sufi tradition, an Indian lineage of silent meditation transmitted from teacher to student through the heart, without religious form, for thousands of years.
The Naqshbandi are known as the silent Sufis. We practice the meditation of the heart — a path of Divine power. The work is done in silence.
"The Divine power is given. It is a state of grace. The Yogic power is acquired, through concentration, meditation, and stilling of the mind...Is from heart to heart. In this line of yoga, first the heart chakra is awakened, and the heart chakra will awaken all the other chakras."
