I bought some of the Optavia Meals to get in shape for the summer using their 5-1 diet plan. I am doing jobs that require a lot of physical labor so the calorie deficit is too big and I can't continue the diet. I have enough meals for about 3 weeks using the 5-1 plan. I did it with my friend and she followed through on the diet and lost 30 lbs in a month. If you're interested, please let me know. I have meals including bars, smoothies, Mac and cheese, and even chocolate ice cream.
