-Pick up in SW Longmont just about any day and reasonable time....I'm usually very flexible most days/times.
-I've been a trainer for over a couple of decades and have accumulated a lot of extra gear. I am thinning out my collection in preparation for a move later this year.
This is the ONLY vibration plate that I have ever seen with HEAT function. It is sold out and not available online anymore as far as I can tell, so this is your only option if you want/need the heat option.
This is a very good quality vibration plate with heat on/off function, remote and tons of oscillating functions. These are great for exercise and/or for people with limited mobility (older, injured) to maintain/improve muscle strength, bone density, lymphatic flow/immune function....and the like. The vibration causes micro muscle contractions to maintain some level of muscle tone if you have limited joint mobility....or, to add to your exercise if you do the workout on the plate.
Brand new in a sealed box. Never opened , never used.
