PR Labs is a collaborative, holistic sports medicine & athletic recovery practice in central Boulder. We are looking for part-time massage therapists to work with our active community here in Boulder, starting immediately.
This position is best suited for skilled massage therapists who love working with clients and being a kickass massage therapist--but doesn't enjoy the day to day, administrative tasks associated with running your own massage practice. We take care of those tasks for you. You will be joining a team of massage therapists and other sports medicine practitioners, all inside of a busy sports medicine practice that collaborate to help support each other within our welcoming community.
Compensation percentages start at 50%, tips are cash or Venmo/Zelle.
We like to start with therapists working 2-3 shifts per week and then add availability as their schedule thrives. Additionally, we host community events to support your visibility and grow your schedule. All events are paid events with tips.
PR Labs is a woman-owned & led practice. Our owner has 24+ years of sport & neuromuscular massage business ownership, so she knows first-hand the rollercoaster that being a massage therapist can be and she is on-hand to help support you, help you succeed and get you busy.

What we need from you:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on, massage experience.
Skills we are looking for: Deep-tissue, myofascial, sports, relaxation, MLD, Thai.
Clean record with DORA and any other massage regulatory agency.
Current Colorado Massage License.
Clean background check, references will be asked for and checked thoroughly.
Anatomical & medical terminology knowledge is required.
Certifications in-line with a dedication to advancing your career in sports/deep-tissue massage.
Dedication to working as part of a supportive & collaborative sports medicine team on client care and treatment.
Knowledge and confidence while communicating with medical professionals and working with a treatment plan.
Must work within HIPPA compliance requirements & certification is required once you begin working, we will pay for the certification.
Must be committed to working one weekend shift of each month.
Must be able to adhere to a consistent schedule each month.
Integrity, professionalism and consistency in how you conduct yourself and hold yourself accountable to working within the practice.
What we offer:
You will be an W-2 employee.
We get paid every other Friday, direct deposit from ADP.
PR Labs supplies the sheets, lubrication, stereo, front desk staff, scheduling software & facilities.
Clients will schedule with you through our online scheduler.
Continuing education stipend of $250 per year is available for qualifying classes that are in alignment with our medical/clinical/athletic-based, client-focused treatments and must be pre-approved for stipend.
Discounts on services with practitioners within the practice.
Complimentary use of our Recovery Lab (infrared sauna & cold plunge) during off-hours.
