We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Coordinator/Front Office DENTAL team member, who #1 has great positive customer service skills, is outgoing and builds relationships with patients the moment they come through through the door.

We are an established practice in Louisville that delivers exceptional, high quality general dentistry for the entire family. This is a full time position, 4 days a week, including Fridays. We are a busy and fast paced practice with a wonderful staff.

Our ideal candidate:
Dental front office experience is rewarded in Pay Scale. 4 YEARS Dental Experience is A MUST
Great multi-tasker and follow through
Takes initiative
good at scheduling patients, going over treatment plans and filling the schedule
Knowledge of insurance verification and PPO insurance
Knowledge of insurance electronic filing and follow up
Knowledge of dental procedures
Computer skills (Microsoft)
Working Knowledge of DENTRIX dental SOFTWARE
Great phone skills
Great patient care skills
