Nurse with small dog seeks ADU or private entry add-on for long-term rental. Willing to negotiate rent based on help you may need.
Me:
Multidisciplinary trained nurse, I work at local ICU, speak passing Spanish, have a 30 lb older dog. I like to ski in the winter, camp all year, and explore in general. I have lots of friends in the area and one or two visiting family members per year.
Living Arrangements:
I am looking for a private residence. This could be an accessory dwelling unit on your property or an apartment off the main dwelling. I value comfort and beauty over square footage.
Rent Negotiation:
What do you need? Wound care, med set up, someone to be there just in case? Depending on the level of care provided (and location), I am ready to negotiate.
I am not in any hurry to move, but will do so for the right situation.
