I got this as a gift, but I'll never use it.
Air frying is a much healthier way to cook your food to avoid using any oil, thus decreasing calories and fats. And, from what I've been told from multiple people, it makes the most delicious, crispiest "whatever" that you're cooking....chicken, pizza, French fries...etc
