NEW (bought the wrong size, lost receipt, too late to take back). Cost $25 at big box stores (save yourself a few bucks+tax!) No. 4010M, Made in USA. Universal fits all brands (probably 90% in reality).

Have 3 of them - important to know that these are the most common size of 2" (and of course, my 3 are 3" but didn't know that until I took it all apart to replace it). One box was opened and then taped back shut once I figured out it was all wrong.

Easiest install (yeah right, if you can get the current bolts loosened). Fixes running toilet, noisy toilet, no fill, slow fill, leaky flapper, etc. Take all 3 for $40 which saves you more than $30.
