25 plus years experience in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Appliance repairs, installs and improvements.
Having owned several rental properties I performed most all of the maintenance and upkeep required to keep them functionally sound and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
My core skills are in Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC work. I also perform most handyman tasks like repair of doors, windows, locks, blinds, gutter cleaning, power washing, installing and repairing appliances such as microwaves, dishwashers, w/d's, faucets, light fixtures, gutter cleaning. We also serve light commercial businesses as well.
