Below is my full add of what I can also do.
A little about me: I'm a bit of a renaissance woman/ Girl Friday who wears many hats. I am a writer and artist. I've been a professional organizer for high end clients, a professional chef, a high altitude gardener, a border line OCD cleaner, and an event producer. I am young enough to work hard and old enough to have serious integrity. I've called Lyons home for the last 13 years. I have some openings.
What I can do for you:
Deep clean your house (like with a toothbrush and magnifying glass). Use natural methods with vinegar, Borax, lemon, peroxide, baking soda, natural products or old school, Pine Sol, Spic N Span, Comet, Lemon Pledge, what ever you prefer. Do you want your oven back to the way it looked when it was new? Your refrigerator cleaned out? Your pantry, under the sink, trash cans, behind the frig, and more deep cleaned? Shelves lined with shelf paper? I am your girl. I have many long term clients who can attest to my "go get it" approach to cleaning and homemaking. As I say, if I'm not cleaning for you, I'd be cleaning something else.
Other things I can do:
Organizing: Closet, Garage, Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry Room, Kid’s Rooms, Craft room, Gift Wrapping Room, She Shed, Basement, Office, Linen closet etc. Always wanted your closet color coordinated, your sock drawer matched up, a place to store all of your bags? I am an expert.
Assist: Run errands, feed horses and chickens, house sitting, donation runs.
Staging: Like making your house ready for the magazine photo shoot. Or for real estate photos/showings. Holidays.
I have many references and am very reliable.
I have a radius of Lyons, Longmont,Hygiene, Boulder and Niwot.
$35 an hour/ 3 hour minimum. I like to get cleaning clients set up on a bi-monthly schedule. (Every other week.)
$40 an hour for extra deep/initial cleans. Once I do a clean I can determine a set price for additional cleans.
I bring my own cleaning products. You provide a working vacuum with working hose.
I do my best work when I work alone in calm, quiet environments. I put my headphones on and do the best job I possibly can. It works best when the house isn't occupied while I am there. Also, due to an irrational phobia, I will not clean a house that has pet snakes. And I won't clean houses where smokers live.
I am the one doing the work...me and me alone. I will not out source or have anyone else do the work.
