The Role
We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our deck refinishing team for the upcoming season. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in transforming a weathered eyesore into a backyard masterpiece, we want to talk to you. Management opportunities with more pay and responsibilities are available.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Surface Prep: Power washing, sanding, and stripping old finishes.
Detail Work: Taping off siding/stonework and replacing minor wood rot or loose boards.
Application: Precision staining and sealing using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Site Management: Keeping the job site clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work.
Stamina: This is physical labor. You’ll be on your feet, in the sun, and moving equipment.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to job sites throughout Boulder County.
Experience: Previous painting or carpentry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a solid work ethic.
