**Requirements:**
* Minimum **3 years of finish trim carpentry experience**
* This is a **1099 independent contractor position**
* Must have your **own tools**
* Must carry your **own liability insurance**
* Must have a **reliable vehicle and valid driver's license**
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
