I need a handyman to do work on my rental property near CU.
Work must be completed between August 4-6.
Work includes:
- remove trash and furniture (if needed)
- change furnace filter
- replace exterior door knobs with automatic code knobs
- fix and replace screens
- change fire alarm batteries and test
- replace small patch of linoleum
- possible paint touch up
- clean out gutters
- set up sprinklers
Must be insured, no criminal record, references, available August 4-6
