**Boulder Commercial Maintenance**

Boulder Commercial Maintenance is seeking an experienced landscape professional to join our team. We provide commercial landscape maintenance and installation services throughout the Boulder area and are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing quality work.
**Experience with the following is highly preferred. The more of these skills you have, the better—but experience in every area is not required.**
* Commercial landscape maintenance
* Landscape installation
* Mowing, trimming, and edging
* Irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
* Sprinkler startup and winterization
* Weed control and herbicide application
* Fertilizer applications
* Tree, shrub, and perennial planting
* Mulching and rock installation
* Sod installation
* Aeration and overseeding
* Pruning shrubs and small trees
* Spring and fall cleanups
* Operating commercial landscaping equipment
* Driving trucks and pulling trailers
* Skid steer or mini excavator operation
* Snow removal (seasonal)
**Requirements:**
* Previous professional landscaping experience is required
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
