Looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help maintain a private 5-acre property. This is a great fit for a college student or someone looking for consistent, well-paid outdoor work.
Schedule:
---3 days per week (flexible on which days)
---~6 hours per day
Pay:
---$30/hour starting
---Opportunity to earn $35/hour based on performance and reliability
Responsibilities include:
-Mowing, weeding, and weed whacking
-Light tree work and general yard cleanup
-Gardening and maintaining a large vegetable garden
-Basic property upkeep and miscellaneous chores
-Light handyman tasks
-Maintaining a small chicken coop (9 chickens)
-Occasional beehive oversight (no experience required, but a plus)
-Taking trash/recycling to curb and returning bins
-Occasional recycling/dump runs
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation (truck strongly preferred)
-Physically strong and capable - comfortable working outdoors
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Attention to detail and pride in your work
-Punctual and dependable
Bonus if you have:
-Experience with landscaping, gardening, or property maintenance
-Basic handyman skills
-Interest in learning about chickens, gardening, or beekeeping
