We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of hands on experience in home repairs and general construction who takes pride in their work and can complete jobs professionally and efficiently.
Typical work includes:
• Drywall repair and patching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Door and trim installation
• Fixture installation (lights, faucets, hardware)
• Minor carpentry work
• General home repairs and maintenance
• Small remodeling projects (bathroom/kitchen updates)
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in residential repairs or construction
• Must be licensed and insured
• Own tools required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with homeowners
