· Monday – Friday 10-hour shifts
· $25 - 28/hr depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Construction Production Worker assist with various stages of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities may include working in one or more of the following areas:
Framing and structural assembly
Equipment operation
Receiving, staging, and preparing materials
Drywall installation and finishing
Painting and surface preparation
Plumbing installation
Electrical work
Carpentry and general construction tasks
Interior finishing (flooring, doors, trim, cabinetry, etc.)
Exterior finishing (sheathing, windows, siding, doors, etc.)
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following all safety procedures and production standards
Reporting production issues to supervisors when they arise
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A strong construction background is highly desirable
Ability to read a tape measure and properly use a nail gun
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in a team environment
Adaptable and open to learning different tasks throughout the production process
Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, or stoop when needed
