I am an out of town landlord and need someone to act as my eyes and hands for my house at 4th and Arapahoe in Boulder. Prefer someone someone who lives nearby and has some experience with home ownership/ repair.
Includes things like meeting tenant to look at issue, periodic inspection, drywall paint touchup, etc.

Compensation is minimum $20-$40 per visit plus as necessary.

Open the door for person viewing $25
Painting/prep $40 hour
cleaning $30 hour

This is infrequent but easy work. Please tell me your qualifications: you must live nearby and be at least a little handy.

First job is this morning at 11am.
