We need someone who is very good on a loader. We run Cat and John Deere, older units, but very dependable.

You need to understand grade and water flow. You must be good at establishing level pads with good compaction.

Having a handle on the backhoe is also good, 310 SE JD. Not cat controls. We also have a 210 box scraper, which is nice for fine grade.

We work 7 am to 5 pm. 1 hour lunch and breaks. East of Platteville, South of Greeley.

Knowing how to drive a semi and or a CDL would be helpfull.
