Construction Litigation Attorney
Our client, a leading Boulder law firm with large domestic and international clients, seeks a Construction Litigation associate attorney admitted to practice in Colorado who exercises independent judgment and discretion to join our growing construction law practice. This would be a hybrid position and the hired person could work from their Denver or Boulder office. The ideal candidate will be a high performer with at least 3 years of significant experience in construction law and litigation. The Construction Litigation Attorney would be responsible for complex commercial litigation case management for their construction clients from start through trial and settlement. The Attorney would drafts all necessary documents to provide legal representation to clients and routes them through the appropriate office procedures to produce final documents. The Litigation attorney performs necessary legal research using all available resources including libraries and computer data systems. The Litigation attorney would effectively conduct negotiations, when appropriate, to resolve matters on behalf of clients. The Litigation Attorney would advise and communicates regularly with clients regarding the status of their matter. We are looking for 5 plus years of relevant experience. Legal Assistant, Patent Prosecution
Robert Half has partnered with an IP law firm in Denver on the search for a 1+ years’ Legal Assistant to support their patent prosecution group in their Boulder office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Prepare and proofread patent applications
· File US, PCT and international patent application
· Managed docket for the group
· Calendar management and deadline tracking
· Run and review docket reports for attorneys and clients
· Assisted Patent Attorneys/Paralegals with administrative tasks
· Other duties as assigned
Candidates interested in this position should be highly organized and have should have at least one year of patent prosecution experience.
