These were previously used for keeping vehicles out of a fire lane. They can be buried anywhere after blue staking to be sure no power lines are buried. For those who are tired of people driving into your house or on your property they have another pipe they fit into so they can be removed. 30.00 for both posts(2) and the 2 other parts.
