Primary Driving & Delivery Duties
Front Range Deliveries: Safely and courteously deliver products to local clients using company vehicles (box truck and delivery car). Routes cover the Front Range, including Boulder, Denver, Aurora, Greeley, and more. Requires the ability to easily navigate everything from busy highways to tight downtown alleys.
Vehicle & Cargo Safety: Inspect delivery vehicles daily; ensure total safety and security during the loading, transport, and unloading processes.
Customer Relations: Act as the face of D&K Printing, establishing positive rapport with customers during drop-offs.
Logistics & Records: Confirm delivery details before leaving our shop, and maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
Secondary Duties:
Shipping Coordination: Help prepare UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight shipping for clients outside our local delivery radius.
Order Prep: Create packing lists, generate box labels, and organize orders for transport.
Space Management: Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe warehouse and loading work area.
Key Attributes & Skills
Reliability: Highly responsible, dependable, and able to work well under pressure to meet delivery deadlines.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities when interacting with clients and internal project managers.
Experience: Previous experience as a professional delivery driver or operating a box truck is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 40+ lbs regularly.
Ability to safely maneuver and use pallet jacks, dollies, and loading equipment.
