It clocks in at around 10 lbs. It has a solid Mahogany body and AAA Maple Top that gives it that resonant, albeit heavy sound. Can't really have one without the other in many cases.
It has a fabulous sound and set-up perfectly.
Purchased new from Dave's Guitar Store for $1,300.
Selling in barely used condition for 70-Percent off of new price - $900.

All Mahogany Body.
AAA Maple Top.
Finish - Washed Bourbon-Burst (Better than Tobacco Burst, I think), Polyurethane Gloss.
Solid Mahogany Set Neck.
Rosewood Fingerboard - 12" Radius.
Standard Scale Length - 24.75"
Nut Width - 1.69"
Bridge/Tailpiece - ABR-1 with Historic Reissue Stop Bar.
Neck and Bridge Pickups - Gibson CustomBucker Humbuckers.
Currently set-up with D'Addario .010 - .046 Strings (Suggested by Manufacturer).
Excellent Original Custom Hardshell Case (Seriously, They went all out on this case at this price point, or any price point. I'm still amazed! Both new acoustic and electric guitars, even in the $2,000 and up range, come with a gig bag - Reeeedonkulus.)
