I'm moving soon so if you're interested, this needs to be picked up by March 30 or its getting packed and coming with me.
I’m listing my late-80s Kramer Focus 6000 as a project. I was going to restore it myself but haven't found the time. It’s a Japanese-made (ESP factory) shredder with a lot of value in the parts, it just needs some assembly and TLC.
The Neck: It’s a 22-fret MIJ ESP neck. It has two small nicks on the back (about 1/4 inch).
The Body: Original black finish with typical 40-year-old scratches and play-wear. No major wood chunks missing, but it’s definitely "player grade" with some scratches I tried to capture in the pictures.
The Parts: The pickups (HSS) are all there and wired, but the mounting rings and screws are gone, so they’re just dangling. It also needs a fresh set of strings and is missing the plastic back plate.
The Electronics: It’s been sitting, so expect to re-solder the connections to the pots to ensure it’s gig-ready.
Highlights:
- Genuine Original German Floyd Rose (vintage thin-script).
- Made in Japan (ESP Factory). Serial #60902.
I’ve priced this at $600 firm based on the value of the Original Floyd Rose and the ESP neck alone but I'd rather not part it out. Moving in a couple weeks if you'd like it.
