The body is an injected Thermoplastic that is indifferent to weather conditions.
Fretboard is also a molded Polycarbonate with a wooden neck, headstock, and a laminate ply top.
Great sound!
Caveat: Please see the picture of the scale measurement. It does not comply with normal lengths that all wooden ukuleles have. That is because Magic Fluke originally made a prototype of the tenor model but found the sound to be too muddy and unrefined. They designed the others with a 15 1/4" scale, rather than 16", and found the sweet spot. It's really perfect!
