It’s got an additional mic boom arm that screws into a standard threaded mount on the top. (I think this is why this is the “pro plus”). The boom stores in a pocket on the travel case.
The rubber pads on the shorter arms are very worn. For about $20 you can replace all the pads, so I’m taking $20 off what I intended to ask ($200).
These stands are $260-$300 new and have been used by pros for decades. This poor stand has been stored away for years and would love to get out and be used!
