Use Your Skills to Make a Difference in the World.

Part or Full Time Employee: 25-40 hours per week


We are looking for an employee who is:

This is a growth-oriented job in an expanding non-profit. This employee’s responsibilities would be to:

  • Manage information: Keep records & file digital documents in our hard copy and electronic filing systems so that information can be accurately entered and easily retrieved,
  • Develop and maintain programs in Office SharePoint and OneDrive, and give IT Support for Word and Excel, back-up and security, and downloads and updates,
  • Carry out research to find answers to questions about Life Skills Education and related topics,
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills Needed

  • Enjoys and is good at organizing and sequencing material
  • Follows instructions carefully
  • Completes detailed work accurately
  • Achieves the end result the task was designed to accomplish
  • Knows when to ask questions and request help
  • Has strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, and proofreading skills
  • Can read my hieroglyphic handwriting
  • Has a sense of humor


  • Ten-plus years’ experience in administrative work
  • Experience with colleges & college students, psychology & non-profits is a plus


  • Paid time off: vacation, sick days, and holidays
  • Work at office location only
