We are a Boulder based event planning company that has been in business for over 15 years. We have been nominated by The Knot as one of the best planners in Colorado for the last 8 years and are we in The Knot Hall of Fame.
We take great pride in putting together events that will leave our clients and their guests with memories that will last them a lifetime.

Who you are:
The ideal candidate will be an administrative rock star, very organized ,and not afraid of a challenge.
Someone who learns quickly and can adapt quickly and takes great direction. You should be a pro at prioritizing your tasks and time.
You must be confident and not afraid of a little constructive criticism.
The perfect candidate will be willing to travel to all areas in Colorado and work overnight and weekends. (accommodations will be made for overnight events).
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Always keeping a calm and friendly disposition
Answering and making phone calls
Keeping track of vendor information
Doing research online
Gathering event information
Work at the events that are assigned to you
Social media - Instagram, Facebook and blogs
A go get it attitude
Must be able to work most of the spring and summer (we can discuss any time off that is needed)
Great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1 year of administrative experience. (Event experience is not required will train the right candidates).
