Executive Assistant — Boulder
Full time position available in west Boulder, assisting a successful author.
Job duties include: Correspondence (at times via dictation), scheduling and calendar management (including personal appointments), answering phones, typing documents, filing, database management, and special projects.
Candidate should have a strong work ethic, be highly organized with excellent ability to prioritize tasks, have a professional friendly phone manner, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be flexible. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. We are a small but highly productive office, so candidate must be self-directed, have a meticulous attention to detail, and also work well with other people.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Other skills include having fast keyboarding ability, being comfortable with popular social media, and being willing to take on new duties and learn new skills.
