Our boisterous office team at Taddiken Tree is looking for a part-time receptionist. Must enjoy off-key singing, snacks, puppers, and trees. Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 7:00 - 4:00pm. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings.

Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions
Answer phone calls
Answer email inquiries
Manage mail and packages
Receive customer deposit
Accounts Receivable emails and invoices
Confirm appointments and holds for client arborists
Confirm the next days routes
Manage and organize company filing within established standards
Apply promised dates to open services
Schedule meetings and appointments for client arborists
Maintain contact lists
Order office supplies Support company with various projects
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Process and log all work orders
Process client invoices
