Receptionist - Administrative Assistant (Boulder)

Our boisterous office team at Taddiken Tree is looking for a part-time receptionist. Must enjoy off-key singing, snacks, puppers, and trees. Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 7:00 - 4:00pm. We are looking for a bright indivudual to work 20-30 hours a week. Please see the below searious skills and job functions. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and scheduling meetings.

  • Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.

  • Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions

    • Confirm appointments and holds for client arborists

    • Confirm the next days routes

    • Schedule meetings and appointments for client arborists

    • Maintain contact lists

    • Order office supplies Support company with various projects

    • Greet and assist visitors to the office

    • Process and log all work orders

    • Process client invoices
