Family-owned since 1980, we import handcrafted Egyptian jewelry/gifts and manufacture unique fashion jewelry in the USA for wholesale and retail customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Switch efficiently between office duties, emails, spreadsheets, customer interactions, and fulfillment tasks while maintaining strong focus and attention to detail.
Use Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online, Finale Inventory, ShipStation, and Asana as well as other proprietary and third-party systems.
Learn and adapt quickly to new technology
Communicate with team members located around the world
Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders in a small warehouse environment
Perform light to medium lifting (up to 40 lbs)
Support daily operations wherever needed in a flexible and collaborative small business setting with emphasis on problem solving and analyzing efficiencies
Handle challenges with a sense of humor
Software Experience Required
Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with QBO
Some experience with ShipStation, Seller Central, Shopify, Finale, A2X or similar systems
