We are a small online clothing company seeking part time help with our order fulfillment. This is a moslty work from home position, 2-3 days a week, and includes wrapping and shipping out our products, sending messages to customers about their orders, and keeping things organized. We’re looking for someone with a home office or area that is smoke-free and pet-free, who is prompt with communication, reliable, and has a strong ability to manage their time. This job is around 16-20 hours a week, but this may increase as our business expands, and is a contract position. For the first couple months, it will be an10-16 hour position during training, and then move up to 16-20 hours a week.
-Must be reliable and timely.
-Must have a clean and pet-free office or dedicated area to work from
-Must be willing to travel (mostly within Longmont and Boulder)
-Experience with shipping and/or Etsy is helpful but not required, we are willing to train the right person
-Must be able to work closely with our store manager for the first few months, and be consistently communicative after that on a daily basis
-The ability to solve problems creatively is helpful
-Must have excellent attention to detail
-Must have the ability to have good handwriting when writing customer names
-Must be efficient and able to multitask, and organize different parts of an order at one time
-Must be comfortable working alone and with a team depending on the situation
-Must be friendly, and have a generally positive disposition, with a genuine interest in sending out well decorated and lovingly wrapped packages
-Must be able to dedicate 2-3 set days a week, between Tuesday-and Friday (third day will depend on the season)
