Shared open space, two spaces available. One is approximately 100 SF + 138 SF common space with "living room" type atmosphere, tall ceilings, two small refrigerators, microwave, wine glasses, printer, music, speaker, shared building bathroom with shower, mailbox, trash/recycle/compost pickup with all utilities included in price. The available space is located in the middle north side of the large open studio. $340 per month. None of the current artists in the space are full-time so there is plenty of personal time.

Second space is approximately 300 SF + 138 SF common space with "living room" as described above. Two tall table, 36" x 60" + two low (30" high) 24" x 60" folding tables and about ten metal stools will remain in space all for the use of the renter. Four shelves on the wall, hanging storage bins for paintbrushes, pens, pencils, etc. The use of a 21" computer monitor and two (2) tall stand up fans included in the rent. $360 per month.

BOTH spaces rented by one person would be $540 per month.

Insurance is included and covered in rent.
