A bit about the office: The space is a two-story, standalone house located directly across from Boulder Hospital. The first floor includes a kitchen entry, a full bathroom, a waiting area, a large open room, and a small private room. The large open room and private room are used by Dr. Amanda Love for her practice, while the kitchen, bathroom, and waiting area are shared common spaces.
Upstairs, there are two rooms. One is currently rented and shared by two therapists. The second upstairs room is available for rent and measures 128 square feet, with an additional 30-square-foot walk-in closet within the room. Rent is $750 per month and includes basic utilities and common area maintenance. One-year lease. Security deposit is one month’s rent.
There is also a small parking lot with 5 car spaces and plenty of street parking available.
About me: I am a chiropractor who practices a subtle, energetic form of chiropractic care. The work is expressive and somatic in nature and sessions often include emotion and spontaneous movement. I also work with vocal tones, sometimes referred to as light language, as part of the energetic process.
I’m flexible regarding the type of work you do and am more focused on finding someone who feels aligned with the energy of the space. This could include coaches, therapists, bodyworkers, creatives, or other business-related work. If this feels aligned, I’d love to hear from you.
The space may be shared by two individuals who are acquainted and able to align their schedules. Both parties would sign the lease jointly.
