*$250- 275 per day for the month (for example, for all Mondays of the month). Lower, discounted rate will be given for renting more than one day; also, happy to extend discount for new practitioners just starting up their practice! Price includes utilities, Wifi, access to bathrooms and waiting room, as well as bi-weekly cleaning costs.
*Ask about use for evenings after 5:30 p.m.; will vary depending on day.
*Super cool, comfortable space in the summer with new mini-split/ Air conditioner!
*Location is the best in North Boulder-- west side of Broadway, 1.5 blocks from Wonderland Lake and bike paths, access to walking and hiking trails in the Foothills trail system. (Wonderland Lake ideal for outdoor/ walk-and-talk therapy, or for your own walks between sessions!). Short walk to Lucky's shopping center (with coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants). Right on the bus line for the Skip on Broadway.
*Easy, plentiful parking (parking lot and on-street parking) for practitioners and clients.
*Bonus! This can be a dog-friendly office for quiet, well-behaved dogs (I need to screen and approve the dog first).
*6 month or 1 yr lease preferred (but will consider month-to-month for right person).
