- Office 2 is 110 sq ft. with operable windows for fresh air with mountain views - available 3 days/week (Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays) for $575 (weekends can be added for additional $50 or $625 total)
Both offices available immediately.
Office suite includes access to a small kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, small fridge; waiting room for clients; ample free parking; wheelchair accessible.
We ask that whomever rents space be willing and happy to contribute toward keeping our shared spaces clean and tidy. Waiting room is cleaned professionally each week. Other community areas are cleaned on a rotational basis between all who rent space. Individual offices are the responsibility of each tenant to keep clean.
Landlord takes great care of the grounds and commercial space.
