It is a peaceful, professional space that would work well for a therapist, coach, bodyworker, or other wellness practitioner.
Rent is $650/month including utilities.
The office includes a private waiting room, ample parking, and basic office furnishings (waiting area items, desk, bookshelf, furniture, etc) You are welcome to bring in your own touches to make it feel like your own. The couch can also be removed if you would prefer to use the space for bodywork. Feel free to use it or also share it with a colleague or two!
This is a one year minimum sublease, with the option to take over the lease after that if you would like.
Tenant would be responsible for tea and any extra office supplies they want beyond what is already there.
Please note that the office is upstairs and there is no elevator.
