Office room available in wellness sanctuary in the Arapahoe & Foothills area starting June 1st. I am subletting select days and evenings at my office in Boulder. Lovely, peaceful, and cozy upstairs office with lots of natural light from window, and large closet for art supplies and storage, suitable for therapists or other practitioners. It is currently available Tuesdays (alternatively, I might be able to switch the day its available to Mondays if I can move my clients around) for $200/month, evenings 4pm and later for $100/month, every other Friday and weekend for $175/month, or for all of the above for $300/month. It is ideal for individual and couples therapy.

*Access to walking paths along the creek for walk and talk sessions

*Plenty of art supplies (and sand tray supplies soon) I'm happy to share

*Easy, plentiful parking (parking lot and on-street parking) for practitioners and clients

*Price includes utilities (heat and AC), access to bathrooms, and waiting room

*6 month or 1 yr lease preferred (but will consider month-to-month for right person)
