It has a Nu-Vu Oven/Proofer and a 2 burners induction cooktop. Also a 60 qt. Hobart mixer.
You would be the only one using the prep. rooms and you would have unlimited 24/7 access to the kitchen.
Rent is $17.50/hour or a flat monthly rate (to be discussed depending of your type of operation) for both rooms and includes some dry storage space and refrigeration/freezer space. Utilities are $125/month (depending on your electricity use) and include electricity, water and trash services.
