I am seeking someone who is communicative, respectful, grounded, flexible, energetically-sound and ideally also in a healing line of work to appreciate and add to the space. I share the office suite with wonderful, laid-back and kind people offering massage, chiropractic, therapeutic modalities, etc.
The office is available full time on Monday, 1/2 time on most days during the week besides Wednesday, and almost fully open on Saturday/Sunday. I am open to shifting my schedule to allow for another full available day to rent during the week in addition to Monday for the right person. Every few months, I use the office on 1 Saturday for a 1/2 day, but otherwise it is open.
**I will be out of the office from 3/11/26-3/21/26. If you sign a lease beforehand, you are welcome to use the space whenever you please during that time period**
I do host workshops and trainings on 1 or 2 weekends/month in a larger room next to my office in the suite. I am a shamanic practitioner, so I often drum/rattle/sing as a portion of these events and trainings, so the office will not be perfectly quiet during these events. We can communicate around this and shift days on those weeks if needed.
In the future as things are settled, if there is a client that can only get in during 'my' or 'your' hours, I am happy to be flexible on occasion and would appreciate that as well time to time if it works for both of us.
