G. You can pay your own electricity, propane, bottled water (we have a tested well), sewage dump fee, trash pickup
H. This RESIDENT CARETAKER position is EASY to do:
a. Just live on site; unlock/relock gate daily
b. Pick up any blown-in trash (minimal) daily
c. Have a modest retirement check or works occasionally a few hours a week
d. Answers light questions from storage customers/prospects; friendly
e. ABSOLUTELY no drugs; prefer non-drinker, non-smoker
f. Must have references
