This tent cost $400+tax new= $436 on Amazon, plus I'm including a NEW full set of poles that cost me an extra $100
it is very clean overall, the tent material and rainfly material are in excellent, clean condition

This tent is absolutely usable as is, but has 2 known issues:
-one of the corner stake rings started tearing away from the tent a bit but I caught it early, and it has been repaired and is working fine
-the tent body poles have some cracks in them, but all still work just fine....I do have a complete set of brand new poles purchased from Napier that I paid $150 for and have NEVER been used...I will sell those for an extra $100 if you want them...or just use the original poles, which you could reinforce with a little duct tape or just use them as is
