this is OEM Ford quality, not aftermarket junk...I suspect that this mirror was replaced before I bought my older super duty truck since this mirror looks like new, I took it off in 2021 when I replaced both mirrors due to the passenger side getting damaged from hail and it's just been sitting in a box in the garage
