This position oversees our Tantra Lake community of 185 units that are currently Market/BAR.  We will have a LIHTC conversion and renovations coming soon, and we are currently only renting units as affordable there.  Bridgewalk is a community of 123 units, of which 113 units are market rate and 10 are BAR.  Twenty37 is a community of 26 units, all BAR.
